how long does the asset design process take?

Please allow seven business days to receive your initial preview of your asset. Upon any revision request, allow an additional seven business days for asset completion at minimum.

Are revisions available after final asset DELIVERY?

Yes, revisions can be made after final asset delivery if needed; however, they will incur an additional fee. ThreeThirtyOne Creations will determine whether we can accommodate revisions based on our current schedule.

how will i receive my asset?

You will receive a PDF and a live link via Canva where your asset will be accessible until conclusion of your event.

do you require a deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon asset agreement and contract signature. Remaining balance is due upon asset completion.
